The exercises were held to meet The Requirements for Site Interaction Plan in Case of Sabotage approved by Order of the State Nuclear Regulatory Committee of Ukraine dated 22 November 2010.
The main task of command team exercises was to evaluate Site Interaction Plan in Case of Sabotage at the SSE Chornobyl NPP ISF-2.
For these exercises Military Unit No.3041 of the National Guard of Ukraine, Division 4 (deployed in the town of Chornobyl) of the Security Service Office in Kyiv City and Kyiv Region, Administrative Department of the State Agency of Ukraine on Exclusion Zone Management, ChNPP Zone Police Division of the National Police Main Office in Kyiv Region, State Fire and Rescue Team No.11 of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv Region, Zhytomyr Border Guard Attachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, a regional coordination group of the Counter Terrorism Centre, the SSE ChNPP Physical Protection Service, Classified Records Department, Spent Nuclear Fuel Management Shop were involved.



ChNPP is pleased to announce the search for photographs, which were taken within the ChNPP territory, in the town of Prypiat or somewhere within the area of Exclusion Zone in 1986.
Within the nationwide Programme of events dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Chornobyl disaster, the 6th International Conference on Nuclear Decommissioning and Environmental Recovery INUDECO 2021 will take place in Slavutych on 27-29 April 2021.
July last year saw the beginning of pilot operation of the New Safe Confinement. Monitoring the state of the NSC buildings and structures is one of the activities provided for during this period. To obtain as much necessary data as possible and a more precise understanding of the situation, the staff of the Shelter Object (NSC) Operation Shop (hereinafter - SO(NSC)OS) carry out 3D-scanning of the main NSC volume.
